Disclosure of data

Personal data will not be disclosed and will be communicated, for the stated purposes, exclusively to persons carrying out activities on behalf of the Controller, duly appointed as data processors. Upon explicit request, personal data may be communicated to public authorities.

Transfer of data outside the EU

Although the Data Controller is committed to choosing services that minimise the processing of its users’ personal data, the processing of personal data for the above purposes that involves the use of cookies and other tracking tools may entail the transfer of some data, only indirectly identifying the data subject, to countries outside the territory of the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the United States where the data subject may not enjoy similar rights and protections as those guaranteed in the territory of the Union. The data subject, therefore, in giving consent to tracking by means of cookies, for statistical analysis and advertising purposes, including profiling, consents to his/her data potentially being processed also outside the EU/EEA.

For the other purposes described above, personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area. Should this be necessary, the transfer will only take place in the presence of adequate safeguards in compliance with the regulations in force.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15 et seq. of EU Reg. 2016/679, to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, as well as their rectification and erasure or oblivion. The data subject also has the right to request data portability, restriction of the processing or to object to the same. Furthermore, the data subject has the right to see the essential contents of the co-ownership agreements.

For processing based on consent, the data subject has the right at any time to withdraw his or her consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. To exercise their rights or to request additional information, the data subject may contact the Controller using the contact information above.

Complaint Guarantor

The interested party may also lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, with headquarters in Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 – Rome – protocollo@pec.gdpd.it

Use of the site by minors

The site and related services are not directed at minors; therefore, no personal information will be collected from them. If it becomes known that information is being unknowingly collected from or about minors, the Site Owner will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
